Bat Boy and I took our time getting up this morning before making it to our first stop of the day, Ramona Falls. We took a long break at one of the most picturesque falls of the trip. Bat Boy’s feet were already aching less than a mile into the hike and we decided to cut it short rather than push it after so much time off. We continued a couple more miles before taking a side trail to a trailhead parking lot. We caught a hitch down to Mt. Hood Village where Blue Lizard picked us up to head back to Portland.
